We allow the issuance of a membership package directly through the POS system by purchasing the particular SKU item (product code or item number). Now, if a customer wishes to cancel their Membership Package, the cashiers can simply punch a return bill for the same SKU item to automatically cancel their Membership. This means that the benefits associated with the Membership Package will be instantly nullified. This adjustment aims to simplify the process for customers opting to cancel their membership, ensuring that all associated benefits are promptly reversed.
